LEGATE Successfully Advised on the Financing of an Acquisition Transaction in a Recreational Area Near Banská Bystrica

We are pleased to announce the successful closing of a complex acquisition transaction in which LEGATE provided legal advice to the client in connection with the financing of the Target Company.

The transaction involved the acquisition of two attractive properties located in a recreational area near Banská Bystrica. The project includes extensive reconstruction of the properties and their subsequent launch into operation in the coming years.

Our legal assistance included the preparation and structuring of a multi-level, conditional, and deferred financing drawdown mechanism, including cross-collateral and cross-default arrangements. The transaction was also unique due to its four-party structure involving all relevant stakeholders.

The financing was successfully completed at the turn of June and July 2025.
