LEGATE Advised on the Ownership Consolidation of Smart Dental Clinic

LEGATE represented the majority shareholder of Smart Dental Clinic in a transaction through which the shareholder acquired 100% control over the renowned dental clinic.

Smart Dental Clinic is among the leading providers of specialized dental care in Slovakia, with strong financial performance and significant growth potential. The transaction involved a combination of a share deal and an asset deal and was successfully completed in September.
