Acquisition of 130km Optical Infrastructure

During the month of July 2026, we successfully completed our representation of a client (a major regional telecommunications service provider) in the acquisition of approximately 130 km of optical infrastructure (dark fiber) through an asset deal, which represents a significant strategic step for the client toward strengthening its market position.

Our advisory services primarily included:

• limited legal due diligence focused on critical sections and nodes of the infrastructure,
• the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation, including the establishment of SLA terms governing future maintenance and repairs of the infrastructure.

We became involved in the transaction after the commercial terms had been finalized between the parties. We successfully concluded the legal negotiations following a negotiation process that lasted more than a year.
